Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for any reason requires a 24-hour notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. Life happens, so there is grace for those moments.

Refund and Exchange

All sessions purchased and class packages are non-refundable. In certain cases, credit may be applied toward future services. Again, life does happen to all of us, and in those instances, grace will be given.
